Are all courses HRDF claimable?
Yes. All Techvisory Academy programmes are conducted by HRDF Certified Trainer TTT/20717. Malaysian employers can claim under SBL-KHAS scheme. We provide all required documentation including trainer credentials, course outline, and attendance records.
Can training be delivered onsite at our office?
Absolutely. Onsite delivery is available across Klang Valley and major Malaysian cities. Virtual delivery via Zoom/Teams is also available for distributed teams or regional offices. Travel fees apply for outstation engagements.
What is the minimum group size for corporate training?
Minimum 5 participants for corporate onsite sessions. Individual open-enrolment seats are available for public runs. Contact us for schedule of upcoming public sessions in KL.
Do participants need technical backgrounds?
Depends on the programme. Claude Code Masterclass and OpenClaw require basic tech comfort. Digital Marketing Series and GenAI for SMEs are designed for non-technical business professionals. Each course page specifies prerequisites clearly.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept online payment via credit/debit card, FPX bank transfer, and corporate invoice with 30-day payment terms for registered Malaysian companies. HRDF direct billing is available for eligible employers.
